VISIPORT® Spin WIndows are available with high torque electric motors for harsh environments with constant coolant flow and chip bombardment.

For light to medium environments with less coolant spray and chip debris, the lightweight pneumatic DiscAir series offers an alternative solution.

All models can be bonded to any new machine window, whether polycarbonate or glass surface.

Suitable for both OEM and retrofit applications, all models are mounted completely inside the machine cabinet.

Extra Drainage features to cope with high coolant volume applications
Integrated surface-mount electronics with reverse polarity protection
Brushless DC motor, 24 VDC, 5 Amp minimum supply requirement
Steady state current draw 250 mA (with no coolant load)
Optical Sensor provides unit with torch powered on/off switch
Long life, instrument-rated bearing set
Balanced rotating disc window, with chemically strengthened glass
Diamond-like Carbon coating for 10X plus resistance to glass wear (optional)
Mounting plate for easy installation and low life-cycle cost
Sealed connection cavity with exit ports left, right and bottom
Flex conduit or PUR tubing for harness routing (EO/EO2 optional)
Terminal box with mechanical on/off/reset toggle switch
Simple unit installation and removal
